Operations Manager
Kipp has been involved in the construction of heavy civil roadway projects, vertical construction projects, light rail transit projects and streetcar rail projects. The value of these projects ranges from 15 million to 40 million dollars. During his career, Kipp has served as utility coordinator, field engineer, assistant project manager, and project engineer.
Kipp is a licensed professional engineer with the State of Utah. He has received certifications for Union Pacific Railroad Safety, OSHA 10 Hour, Utah Transit Authority Railway Protection, Traffic Control Maintainer, and UDOT Construction Engineering Management. Kipp’s personality has enabled him to create strong professional relationships with stakeholders that include Salt Lake City Engineering, Salt Lake City Department of Airports, Utah Transit Authority, Utah Department of Transportation, and other various local municipalities.
Kipp is an avid University of Utah fan, and enjoys bowhunting and spending time with his wife and kids.
